dc effects on lowering bodyfat in lbs not just in %
ok - bit of background
i am a 280lb man who has been training on and off for 5 years - after a long layoff i restarted training about 18 months ago i have no doubts as to the effects of dc training on muscle building and if done precisely according to dantes instructions i have no doubt one can keep the bodyfat to a minimum my question is - is it possible to actually lower your bodyfat (in lbs - not just the %) while gaining muscle doggcrapp style be interested to know whether its possible and whether anyone has any success stories to share as I have about 80lbs of bodyfat to drop but would preferably like to gain more lean mass at the same time thanks peeps incidentally this is a cracking site and the stickys are really inspiring |

Loose enough %'s and it will equate in pounds. More muscle equals a greater need for calories.
