Non-allergen all-purpose blend
I'm allergic to milk products (not just lactose intolerant). Nothing severe happens when I ingest them just a little bit of an upset stomach and increased mucous production. So...I've been experimenting and have found egg white protein to work well for me. I've also heard that hydrolyzed whey is non-allergenic as well. So...if I was going to make a custom all-purpose mix I was thinking about:
80% Egg White 20% Hydrolyzed Whey My question is Will this taste like shit? The amount of hydrolyzed is so small that I didn't think it would make much of an impact on the taste. I already know I like egg white protein by itself. I do want to get a mix or proteins in an all-purpose mix though. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for your help. Rim |

this will not taste that bad, just make sure you flavor it with something like chocolate or vanilla, a fruit flavor will not really work well with this mix.
