for :

1. Im putting in extra long hours trying to move a couple rockets outta here on time

2. My head just hasnt been 100% into my training, between new gym and new people , Im not firing on all eight cyclinders.

3. Ive got a tendon flare up in my right brachialis that takes 4-5 sets to warm it up enough that it doessnt make me wanna cry...

4. My bodyweight isnt bad for how Ive been training, which is making me have lazy tendencies...

5. I could go on and on but you get the picture....yea, I know, WHHHAAAAAAAA !

I feel for ya bro with the type of work you do it has to be very stressfull. I mean arent you a fucking rocket scientist? Thats something I can not grasp. How you have such a job and still find the intensity to train and eat like a beast. I hope things start looking up for ya becasue ive been in the same rut and it sux

Thought I had posted here already, but anyway:

It has to get better, Sweat. Sounds like you need a break from training for
a short period to regroup. The stress at work makes it harder to focus and
the tendon flare needs time to recuperate.

Sometimes you need to take a step back to move forward. Clear your head
for a while then go back better than ever.
