Not DoggCrapp but not bad!
Hey fellas... This does not pertain much to the program but i was pretty excited to day about my deadlift... I warmed up a plate a set and i doubled 535lbs then went down to 375 for a set of 12. Pretty hard core guys here who i thought could respect this.
