Anybody headed to the Arnold to see the WPO Finals and all the hot chickies walkin' around? It's a 'must go' for any ironhead, no matter what type of training you're into. Hope to see you guys there!

No, not this year. I didn't do very well at the 2004 APF Seniors. Hopefully, this will be year.

My wife and I will be there. It's our first Pro Show since the '98 Olympia in NYC.

Chuck, definitely check out some of the powerlifting there. It's pretty wild and an awesome atmosphere!

Hell yeah. Wouldn't miss it for the world(specially since i only live a few hours away). We should all meet up at a local buffet of some kind and close the place down. That would be fun...

Liftin' who is gonna lift? Is Coan back doing WPO meets yet? Or did he give up on that with his injuries? I am out of the loop. I am assuming GF will try to total about 3000?

Garry Frank, Donnie Thompson, Matt Smith, Chuck Vogelpohl, John Stafford, Travis Mash, Kenny Patterson just to name a few.

Ed Coan lifted in the WPO a few years ago and it left a bad taste in his mouth so I don't think he'll be lifting in that organization again. He did do the Mountaneer Cup in Vegas over the summer and did decently but he wasn't his usual self.

Well, I know he said the MC was just a warm up to test his knee from a PLUSA write up. Maybe not so much a warm up but a true measure of what left in the tank. Still I'd love to see him back at the top. Oh well. Becca gonna hit it?
