Layne Norton's power builder programme

Hi guys. Does anyone have any experience using Layne's powerbuilder program ?

I've just come off about a years worth of Mountain Dog training, and looking for something slightly lower volume, that can also help with substantial increases in strength. Any advice?

I want to follow a programme like this for the first 3 months of my offseason and then go back to JMs higher volume style for the next 3 months as well as for my next contest prep...

His PHAT training works great! Def give it a shot. However, if your still a beginner, I would do a 5x5 type program until you max that out. For example, stronglifts 5x5. Then, go to a PHAT style and cycle them.
