I thinks your delts are a strong point right now bro, but delts are one of thos body parts that can never be to big imo. But i agree with the other guy that you should pound the trap....especially since you do appear to have wide delts.
most pics you see of frank zane he weighed 175-180. he was 5'9". now of course you and zane have different structures but you would only have to weigh 215-220 shredded to have equal mass. trust me you will enjoy your journey to 220 starting at 200lbs shredded and adding lean mass slowly along the way ....(all the while looking better than 95% of the population) than bulking up to a big bloated 250 only to find out that when you cut you may have to go all the way back to just about 200 anyway lol and when yo are truly lean....gains just seem to come easier. at least for me they always have. also check out natural wnbf pro brian whitacre.....5'9" 165lbs(looks phenominal) I find his physique very motivating. shows you just how much being shredded can create the illusion of being big. good luck bro. don't mean to ramble but i love topics of diet and training. thanks for starting this thread |

Seems like we eye to eye =). I hope you are right and that I will look bigger when I am done this diet. We shall see.
To work on my traps, I am actually mixing in a ton of heavy, but higher rep RDL work. My traps are sore as fuck for 3-4 days after a hamstring day. I have always deadlifted, but focused on lower reps, so that is why they are underdeveloped. |

no you are smart to have been focusing on your lower traps......I'm suffering shoulder issues now from over developed chest and week lower traps. upper back is so important when it comes to pressing exercises

I personally think trap growth comes more from deads and heavy rows than any sort of shrug movement. I shrug maybe once a month and traps are one of my strongest muscles visually and continue to progress. Just stick to the bread and butter heavy lifts and everything seems to come together

Sitting at an emaciated 210 this morning.
The lower abs are finally starting to show when I flex. It seems like 10 more lbs would make me shredded, albeit really fucking skinny. |
