Dropping water in 4 hours. I'm very excited to see the final changes that makes. Couldn't be happier with the changes skip has made to my physique.
Weight went from 216 to 177 last Sunday.

I went from 180lbs on Sat morning before pre-judging, to 195lbs Sun night before bed. My heartburn is AWFUL and I feel hungover as fuck from all the shitty food!!!!! I love it.

yes i would say around that maby like 1 or 2 lower but basicaly around 8%
