Coffee Does Caffeine Lower Testosterone?

I started drinking coffee and I have no libido lately. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, which could lower libido, but also increases cortisol, a stress hormone, which could lower testosterone and therefore lower libido.

Which one of them is causing my lack of libido?

Well, what's a substance that increases focus without increasing stress hormones, which lower testosterone?

I'm all for using caffeine to increase performance, even if that means every day pre-workout. But, I see no benefit from using it with normal daily activities. You may feel a short term burst of energy, but long term it will make you feel more lethargic, you will develop tolerance and have to use more, and it will take away from it's benefits during the times you actually are using it for performance. I'd work on lifestyle choices, like nutrition, sleep, stress management for daily energy.
