Shrimp in a sea of sharks..
..is how I feel reading through the post by the monsters that inhabit this forum.
The past six months I've gone from ![]() fat shrimp to ![]() skinny shrimp. I'll keep this condition for a while to get used to it, then it's time to build some beef..And what better place to start reading up on that than INTENSEMUSCLE ![]() 24 years old 80 kg Weak as shit. |

Arms 40 cm Waist 82 cm Thigh 60 cm Calves ( don't laugh) 37 cm Some more pics, these are a few weeks old and I'm up a mighty 2 kgs since then, 2.5 when I finish this cup of tea.. ![]()

Thanks!I did it all natural. During the same time I have trained alongside some friends who aren't, and it's a bit frustrating to see how half-assed they can do things and still get results, but at the end of the day I feel I have the edge from getting to know my body and how it functions without help, something they don't. No problem with them doing it however, quite the opposite, it's very interestung to see the power of those things!
As for what I did, I sat down and made inventory of all the fat loss methods I knew of, made a strategy and executed. I'll write up a post tomorrow, too tired now. Last edited by Amonero; 07-20-2010 at 06:57 PM. |

I don't think "shrimp" is your correct classification.
Maybe "flounder" or "mackerel" or possibly "halibut" if I were to classify you after a high-carb day.
