405 x 3 sets of 10 (these are real good upper back exercise and i encourage anyone that has a hard time with stone or a weak upper back to give these a go, i hold the bat at the smooth part/knurling meet and put my heels together at a 45 degree angle)

Shrugs DB

150 x 3 sets of 10

ABS 5 sets

GHR (old school ones, on the floor)

3 sets of 10..... these are hard!

Bicep Machine (killing time)

5 sets

i have been thinking of doing some SLDL's again, off of a platform or something I might have to add those in.
