cruising alternatives....
ok so heres my conundrum.....im nearing the end of this blast, im losing exercises, looking for new ones, and weights are just getting down right heavy. not to mention a few aches and pains. i will start prepping for the nationals aug 1, which is apprx 16 weeks out, and about 6-7 weeks from now. so knowing that i will be planning on switching to the 6 way at about 10 weeks, which is about 12 weeks away, i was thinking i probably wouldnt want to start another blast right away. so instead i wanted to get everyones thought on an alternative. should i maybe just stick to the 3 way split rotation, without rest pausing and progressive weights, and just fly by the seat of my pants with exercise selection? still training heavy and hard, maybe some added volume or widowmakers? basically i want to just recharged for when its go time. then i will be in a good position to map out my 6 way, after being refreshed.

My thoughts are to stick with what got you where you are. Your a beast bro and I would be careful making any drastic changes. That being said, Im not a competitor and my advice may not be the right thing. Im sure Dante will pop in on this one.
