OK I lied, another video, power squat.......
This is from a couple years ago with my two sons spotting.
Reverse band squat, full gear.
I used reverse mini bands, they provided no assistance the last few inches, 25 pounds at the bottom. I used to keep the weight consistent while using lighter and lighter bands during the course of a training cycle.
These are a bit high.
