I AM EXTREMELY FLAT HERE, WEIGHING 232LBS .. NO CARBS (ZERO) FOR A WEEK NOW.
YEA YEA , I KNOW I WENT UP IN WEIGHT. THAT DAMN SKIP WILL GET YOU DIALED IN AND SNEEK A FEW LBS BACK ON YA! AFTER THIS SHOW SATURDAY, I HAVE 12 WEEKS TILL THE NATIONAL QUALIFY THAT I'D LIKE TO ATTEMP . 12 WEEKS, WOW! IM LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT "SKIP-DADDY" CAN DO IN 12 WEEKS...

And yes, you finally have some color!!! Don't forget to hit those poses HARD!!! You look almost too relaxed with your posing. Really crunch up on the ab shot (and show the obliques - it looks like they're your strong point in that pose). Have fun, my friend. Are you entering both master's and open?... Agree with Randy, hit poses hard as you can to show all your hard earned musculature.
In every pose, have to flex everything from legs up. eg, in double bi, judges are not looking just at biceps but how they relate to the rest of the physique. Same with other poses. Go get em, bro. |

To be honest, you look good, but it looks like there's something funky in your delts.........the left one in particular for the back double biceps pose. It looks puffy and smooth.........overall good pics though.
