For those of you in the Transmog. Contest...
What exactly are your goals?
Be specific...are you adding size or cutting up? Everyone has 10 weeks, what exactly do you plan to achieve in that time? Setting concrete goals is a great way to hold yourself accountable. Putting your goals in here will let everyone including yourself know what you plan on doing, and we can all hold eachother accountable.

Goal #1 - Maintain/lower current bodyfat levels and weigh in at 220lbs
Goal #2 - Aside from the contest I have been dealing with pain in my left SI joint. After working with many of my associates (Im a personal trainer), a chiropractor, and two of physical therapists, we think we have it pinned down. Crazy right?! So it is my goal to have a pain-free back by the new year. This will require me to work on a few imbalances with ancillary work on my off days and alot of stretching, along with a much needed pair of orthodics.

Goal 1 - Start and continue to eat healthier and make it a lifestyle change.
Goal 2 - Lower my bodyfat to 8-10% and begin to build back up again Goal 3 - Prove to myself I can do what I set out to. This is the only aspect of my life where I've yet to do it.

Good luck to everybody! Hope you all achieve some of your goals, if not all. Will be trying to follow most of the challenges!

Where to start. I have a bunch,
#1 stick to the diet habits I've been working on. Stay away from whiskey/pizza #2- down to 260-5lbs--personal, like to look strong not just be a big guy. Plus I'm still very athletic at 290 so if I can get down to 260 i'll be back to dunking/having no issues with medley's. #3- use this time to set a path to develop more gym/base strength. I'm tired of finishing 2-3rd in shows so if I can get my lifts to match my event work I'll be killing shows next year. dead 655-log 300 consistent--make the 350 stone my bitch for 5 reps
