3 Day Split - May have 2 move Fri to Thurs - ok?
I've got to leave town on Friday and will not have a chance to complete my Friday workout. Suppose I move it to Thurs? Will this be ok? I will have recovered prolly 90-95% by Wed. Thurs is usually that little bit of 'extra' healing day. Saturday is out as well. This will not be a regular occurance. What do you folks think about my situation?

As long as you are not still sore or extremely fatigued it won't be a problem. If you are then take advantage of the extra day or 2 of rest. Remeber too that these extra rest days can be helpful to extend a blast, gives you that additional recovery that is sometimes needed but we tend to ignore the signs.

Skip the day all together and pick up on Monday with the next regularly scheduled workout. ONE missed workout isn't going to hurt your gains, and like KidRok said you will have a little extra recovery time which can help extend your blast.

What's confusing? They both say the same thing. Taking a day off will probably more good than harm. Why are you so worried. You won't lose 20 lb of muscle just 'cause you took a day off...
Dante recommends a day off. Search it!
