when you guys start a new blast, how long does it usually take you to get back up to the weights of your previous blast?

It depends on how you do your cruise..

If u train during your cruise, training exercises u like and maybe try to find new exercises to use in your next blast u won't be losing strength. Do not take yourself anywhere near failure during the cruise.
But, if u take the cruise completely training free, u will lose some strength, but that will come quick. How quick will depend on the individual and how u were eating under your cruise.

I would recommend #1 with no doubt

It has been different each blast. But all that matters is that by the end of it I am way past my last blast. yay for progression
