best place ever
There's a restaurant just a few blocks down the road from where I work called "Dodo's chicken" And they have...you guessed it, chicken. Roasted chicken. They roast what looks to be about 30, maybe 40 birds at once.
You can get a whole roasted chicken and a couple of sides for $12. You guys have any places like this you love? mmmmmm chicken

I've got a place around here called Charlie's Mongolian BBQ. They've got noodles, veges, and all kinds of meat like pork, beef, shrimp, crab, steak and everything else you can imagine. One plate is $7. I can get it sticking up about 6 inches. Its all frozen at first so it's kinda hard to get it to all stay but once you've mastered it, guaranteed you will need a take home box.

well yeah, cooking it at home is obviously going to be cheaper, but in a pinch when I run out of food, it's a good meal

Chicken, broilers or fryers, meat and skin, cooked, roasted:
2 halves, bone removed (whole chicken with out the bones) 598g total weight (about 1.3lbs) according to USDA has about: 163g protein 81g fat 0g carbs there's a lot of variance i think

![]() Never even bothered to wonder about the protein amount in a whole chicken. Good to know, its very easy to eat the whole fucker!
