Unhappy muscles that wont grow

i have a very difficult time getting any progress with my chest. i mean i pretty much grow overall at a snails pace but my chest is even slower, its pathetic. just got back into lifting and been running dc for a few weeks but even before i stopped working out for a few weeks (job) i still couldnt get anywhere on my chest. any ideas for lagging muscles with dc training?

I too have a problem with my chest... and I have come to the conclusion that my shoulders overpower my pecs... so using perfect form is key.

split is dc training chest/shoulders/tris/back. always switch around chest exercises and can just never get progress.

is it your poundages that are poor or the actual size of your pecs?.. my delts realy over power my chest too, durin the off season it looks like ive got next to no chest at all, soon as the fats whipped off they dont look so bad
