Rotating stretching

I started rotating stretching exercises a few months ago ( I do not even know why) on everything but back and chest. Its sort of help me to face the pain…is it ok to do?

i guess i should explain

example
a1 biceps strech on rack
a2 bic strech with a dumbell.
