GP are you using this diet right now? Do you mix it up at all? I've been alternating oatmeal with egg whites for breakfast and I'm just about sick of both.

Currently I am on cycle and bulking so no I am not currently using this. I came up with this and posted it because I get a lot of questions on what a cutting diet should look like. However, I have used this in the past and yes I do chage it up. Sometimes instead of oatmeal I'll have pancakes, bacon instead of eggs. Etc. I am working on several different daily meal plans that I will post in the coming week.

I am competing in a figure competition April 30-so a little over 12 weeks from now, and I have already started cutting.
Right now I am eating about 1300/30g/140g/100g (calories/fat/carbs/protein) give or take a little between protein and carbs. I don't know if this is enough for me right now or not. Over my months of buling i gained a lot of size and mass, but right now i am 5'4" 141 lbs, 19 years old.
I like this diet that's listed in this thread a lot, and i do eat pretty close to this-except some snacks i have to eat bars because I'm a full-time student right now.

I'll probably post my own thread later for suggestions on my diet.

The diet that is posted is ridiculous and not terribly efficient as far as food sources or timing of carbs.

It depends on what your goals are - whether you are doing a show or going for very low body fat levels or just wanting to get rid of 20 extra pounds and look better or look fit.

What are you goals and what are you eating now?
