Supps 4 Natty Training DC Way
I've been following DC's training protocol for 4+ months.
Training on Tues & Fri using the 2 way split because I have crap recovery & a hectic job. I use RP for blast periods & straight sets for cruising and also use the statics & extreme stretching. It took some trial & error to find the sweet spot & this schedule seems to be it because strength/mass gains have been good. THANKS DC & ALSO TO HIS BAND OF LOYAL FOLLOWERS ![]() What supplements do you recommend for a natural trainee to get the most out of DC training? I'm currently taking the following every day: 2x mulit-vitamin 4g vitamin C 400iu vitamin E vitamin B-complex glucosamine 300-600mg R-ALA 3g ALCAR 3.6g Green Tea extract 6g Fish Oil Post-workout - 100g dextrose/maltodextrin+50g protein+10g creatine Is there anything which I should add? Thanks for any help you can throw my way. FYI - Diet All meals are either protein/fat or protein/carbs. Protein is @ 1.75g x bodyweight. Carbs & Fats are moderate. CREATINE 7.5 to 10 grams postworkout
glut peptides dont know your morals on prohormones so ill leave that out good protein powder you can use daily (usually an ion exch whey isolate or cfm whey)

yes 10grams post workout is a great start. experiment with your dosages as well throughout the day. i know some that use upwards of 60-80 grams of glutamine a day.

Also, I would bump up the Post workout protein from 50 to somewhere around 100g. The post workout meal is super important. And I don't know if you want, but save the money on fish oils and use Olive oil, but it's really up to you. The basics are best, Protein, Glutamine, Creatine, Multi. And try the ion exchange whey from www.trueprotein.com, the best protein I've ever used, once you try it you'll never go back .

I'm sure everyone is keeping you real busy with their protein orders and all.
I wasn't sure if it was going to be on that site or somewhere else. Go ahead and get back to your monster mixing. Get Stronger jim |
