first blast
O.k. guys I have been doing my homework for the last 2 months. I think I have all of the basics to start my first blast, but how long should it last? Also how long should I cruise for? I hate for my first post to be a question.

You will know when you need to take a break. Its usually anywhere between 6 and 8 weeks for me. My body just gets very tired, usually partway through the 3rd cycle. Thats when I know its time to finish the blast with a vengeance and relax for 1-2 weeks, and come back refreshed.
I usually go up higher in weights than normal just before a cruise as well. Just seems to work well for me. Good luck
