Problems with triceps stretching...

Hi!
Im new @ this forum and also new doing DC.
Im from germany and startet DC 1 week ago.
Its all pretty nice and i enjoy every training unit.
I only have one problem:
while doing the triceps strecht holding a dumbbell behind my head and pressing it down with back of the head my shoulders start to hurt...i hardly cant do it these 50 seconds.
Is there any hint doing this or is there an other way to do a good tricep stretch?

i have some discomfort with the stretch also. i find that if i take one arm at a time and up and over that same shoulder like im trying to scratch an itch in the middle of my back, and then lean that elbow onto a wall and press into it i can get a good stretch with no discomfort. kind of a crappy description hope you get it.

You have to work with this stretch to hit it right...if not it just hits my shoulder. Experiment with different places. I find it helps if I pull my arm back a little before "Starting" the stretch.

if you still can't get the stretch down then try the dip stretch (picture of it in the extreme stretches thread).
