What does it mean when your body goes numb?

When i was cutting for my show and towards the end when i was getting pretty lean, i would ever now and again towards the end of cardio when im sweatin heavy... start to tingle and feel kinds numb throughout my body. What does this mean? I ignored it at the time and didnt let it interfere.

Probably low blood sugar.

Happens once in a while to me while doing cardio...get a kind of light headed and numb feeling.

I think it could also be an electrolyte imbalance. I got it one day bad driving home from the gym, I could barely walk from my car into the house, took baby steps. Couldnt lift my arms either to take off my shirt, they felt like bricks. I just took my post w/o meal and took an hour nap and was fine after, but started taking multi vit.min and never happened again.

Hey! That sounds like my leg day! =

I occasionally get the light headedness, but I never experience numbness. I checked electrolyte imbalance on google-- said those are symptoms. Maybe that, or anemia?
