Last nite I went to the local AYCE, so they were not keeping up with my request of more steak, so the grillman asked me where I was sitting, so he brought me out two steaks and then brought out two more just ten minutes later. He said, "Man you can sure put them away!" then this cute waitress said, "I don't know where he puts it all?"

I felt like telling her where I'd like to PUT it! lol.

okay maybe, I am off base here but if you are having trouble gaining weight you might want to add some slop to your diet. What you are eating looks way clean. Pound 4 double cheeseburgers and instead of chicken and oatmeal and I guarantee you will start gaining. Some people have such high metabolisms that they need some junk in their diets to keep them going.

You cant be fat phobic bro and want to get big,, the two ideas just dont mix. Just remember this, you can get pretty sloppy and dial it in to a reasonble range with about 12 weeks of hard dieting and cardio.

Another thing is, if you are trying to bulk and you have a fast metabolism to begin with doing a ton of cardio may not be the best idea!!!!!

It sounds like you have a fast metabolism .... so don't do any carb cuttoffs but make sure you get the protien. Don't do any cardio. Mix fat and carbs with your meal too. Me on the other hand I can gain fat very easy so I wish I had this problem.

Yes Inhuman, i didn't do any cutoffs of any kind. Just wanted to eat. This time I need to have the cardio and clean foods with some sort of cut off. I lost 43lbs so far but got some quality from all that too.

Wildman in your case carbs should be Mc Donald fries and ice cream. Just eat a bit sloppy so you metabolism can just eat it up and leave you with the protien for building muscle. You find you are getting past 10% bodyfat then add some cardio in there. 3 or 4 sessions a week.

I stuff myslef all the damn time. As for the kind of steak...whatever you can afford. I try to stay with the leaner steaks b/c I like the high protein count, but hey, you need calories bro
