russian squats, thats one legged with a foot on the bench.

Snatchs- yeah lets just say thats is why my back is fucked up
Jerks- that too, i love olypic lifting
Cleans- yeah another painfull experience

by the way, I hate squats. Probably because my knees don't allow me to do much weight. I rely on the leg presses.

Skullcrushers. They worked once... J/K.

I actually can barely pick up a bar and do 'em correctly. I can do strict triceps pressdowns w/ enough weight that I need a loaded dip belt to hold me down, but I can't do skullcrushers with ANY weight w/o severe elbow pain.
