    Thanks for the quick reply. I don't currently do a pre-shake, but perhaps it's about time I adjust things around and start utilizing one. I will scrap the glycerol from my green tea as recommended, since drinking 1-2gallons of day i'm obviously not going to be dehydrated.

      Any update on the Massive G TP blend? Or perhaps you could design the custom mix including percentages? Just a thought...

        massive, i just started using glycerol and sea salt and love the pump...i know you've stated previously you dont like to recomend dosages. i was wondering if consuming some glycerol daily, meaning:even on non trainig days, would that help keep my pump and muscle feeling tighter through out my days?

          whats your opinion on Beta-Alanine: dosage and when to be taken?

          and also, whats your opinion on 7-keto DHEA? currently im taking 200mg a day. half in the morning and half before bedtime. is this dosage enough?

                  It will help keep you fuller..yes as hydration is key..it holds water longer in the body..as with everything you will get used to the fullness and the feeling will diminish but the results won't.

                      ALA increases blood glucose uptake so it's going to help amplify the effects of the nutrients po-wo.

                      Also if you are having a high carb meal as some do to refeed or carb cycle I would take it with the meal-2-300 mgs depending on meal size.

                        that dosing regime is fine for 7-keto DHEA.

                        For the rest of those asking about Beta-Alanine I tapered up the use every two weeks till I got to around 9 grams a day. Used it 10 week cycles
                        Week 1,2 1,000 mg 3 times a day
                        Week 3,4 1,500 mg 3 times a day
                        Week 5,6 2,000 mg 3 times a day
                        Week 7,8 2,500 mg 3 times a day
                        Week 9,10 3,000 mg 3 times a day

                          wI'm having a hard time finding the Glycerol at walmart I think I might get some with my next order at TP. It Would be cool to see that vid b4 I place my order for next month.

                                massive g, what supplements do you think would help a hockey player pre game during the game or post game? Anything like a workout as far as supps go?
