Thank you for this info. I had to hurt my shoulder in order to get serious about having full range of motion. I'm still not quite there yet.

Thanks for this, i used to do a similar exercise from John Meadows called over and backs with a band in between sets to stretch my chest out. I've noticed that my old rotator cuff injury is getting worse now I no longer do them so i'm going to give this a try to hopefully get rid of it once and for all.

i’ve tried this for weeks now. i didn’t realize how bad of shape my shoulders were in.
what i did was take a piece of conduit cut it to about 5’ and mark every 1” with a tick mark. so i can tell how much i am moving in each time. staring out i had to stretch my arms out further than a broom handle! i’m working my way in and shoulders are feeling better no doubt
