2 days of legs this week. Should be fun! Thanks man. Leg's are up just over a half inch since the last two weeks of DC work for my quads and hams. Can't do everything conventionally because of injuries but what I can do is working nicely. I can't wait to hire you once I am healed up! THANKS AGAIN MAN! YOU ALWAYS HAVE MY BACK.

I really think this will help as well for me. Not that my leg sessions werent tough but I know that once I am 100% that just the standard leg stuff won't work as well. MY quads just recover very quickly. Thanks again! I am jacked to give this a try over my next 3 leg sessions.

when you take the fear out of lifting, it then becomes just excersise.

DC already knows I'll throw in chest.

If there's one thing about my physique that sucks hard it is my chest.

(I already know one of his chest movements, but I want to see more)

Are you kidding??? Never a bore - POST MORE ... definitely informative, interesting and applicable in many situations.

Have you had alot of success with this variant on back thickness Dante?:rain:

And as for what bodypart for a new exercise, well, I think you've covered all of them... but I think I'd be interested in what new invention you have for hitting the hamstrings....

I love hearing about this stuff. I'm doing great right now, so I'll just stick with the program as it stands now, but it's great to file this info away in case I start having trouble with something or run out of different exercises.

And I'd also like to know anything you've got on HAMSTRINGS.
