My left is close to that but I'm just getting over some tendinitis and can't flex that side good yet...

Martin, she trains hard! We've done DC style rest pauses and she knows how to push a set. She actually does a lot better with a HIT style than volume. Her goal is to "be a freak" lol. Can you say match made in heaven? We are actually going to get two sets of engagement photos... One normal at a winery and another on the gym... Two things we love

It was first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, right around 140lbs.

I had another GI spell about 2 weeks ago and my weight dropped 8 lbs in a week. It was not fun...

It is rare I use a shake during the day but I do use pepto pro intra and isolate post. I feel fine on pepto pro and HBCDs... For me the issue is pre-workout stims. I cut them out and feel much better while I train.

I truly appreciate the IM community even though I'm an asshole at times when it comes to some DC stuff but oh well... I'll lay off the DC questions when they get posted

I'm think about starting a journal but not quite sure if I want to... The reason I don't log into other's journals is because I get too caught up saying something to everyone and then 3 hours go by lol

i havent competed in BBing since 2010 but in the 13 years that i did, i almost always tried to do at 2 shows for every prep. One, once your in shape its easy to hang on for another weekor two and get two opportunities to compete and Two i almost ALWAYS found something to tweak or alter between the first and second that usually ended up in an improvement.

In other words GO FOR IT.

Jason, that was kind of my thought... If I am doing one and have to pay for a card to do one, why not do two? I know by the second show I will striated to the bone, but the first show should be interesting to see what I look like.

I guess it's time to start the cardio...
