Been away for quite a while, hope you are all doing well! Wondering if anyone here can point me in the direction of any supplements that are centered around the repair/maintenance of soft tissue (ligaments, tendons, etc.)?
I have had a long history of tendonitis(osis) in several areas of my body, tore my ACL in high school in football in mid-stride (wasn't touched by anyone), tore my right bicep tendon a couple years ago, and yesterday I felt a huge crack/pop in my left forearm while doing leg press (just holding onto the handles while descending the weight). Pretty sure it was a ligament or muscle in my forearm giving way, though hopefully not entirely. The list of somewhat major injuries, none of which were due to any unusual position or loading, coupled with the nagging issues I have had have led me to believe that this is possibly more of a systemic issue that I should look into and do what I can to address.
