Has anybody mentioned Angel food cake yet? I think I've been over this forum with a fine tooth comb, but I don't recall seeing it.... 1 oz is shown as prepared containing .2g fat and 16.2g carbs, but most brands even list fat as 0 as egg white is the original ingredient, not a substitution as most of us would do if preparing at homeLast edited by VanillaGorilla3; 10-30-2010, 09:57 AM.Comment

Trader Joe's Vanilla Meringue Cookies
Og Fat
25g Carbs
(3 cookies)
Trader Joes' Cyan Spiced Dried Mangos
0g Fat
25g Carbs per serving
Trader Joe's Popped Potato Chips
4g fat
~20gCarb Per serving
Trader Joe's 99% Fat free Chocolate Sorbet (Tastes like Ice cream)
1g fat
~75g Carbs per container
Those are a few of my favorites. I do a lot of shopping at trader joes and they have a ton of fat free/low fat stuff. All non processed (little processing), no preservatives and a lot is organic...I feel way better and less bogged down the next day if I stick to joes.

It can be confusing at the beginning but you will soon pick it up.
There is an American store in the UK you can get items from if you wish http://www.americansweets.co.uk/index.aspLast edited by Lin1; 01-30-2011, 11:05 AM.
