New intro for TEAM SKIP videos

Just finished the intro (and outro) for all of the exercise videos and vblogs that I will do through 2015 and 2016. This theme will be replicated for the the new TEAM SKIP website that will debut in the next couple of months and also for the Until I Collapse DVD.
