Yet another skipload question (nutrient partitioners?)

Skip in the dvd supplement section you mentioned using ALA to increase the amount of carbs taken up during the skipload day, therefore lowering bloat and water retention. In another section you mentioned working with trueprotein to formulate a skipload supplement that would be used for this nutrient partitioning affect.

Is that still in process? how much ALA are you using and are you dosing it throughtout the time of the skipload? How about products like need2slin, glycobol, etc. that are said to be nutrient partitioners?

Thanks Skip, dvd was great. Learned a ton and truly enjoyed watching it.

WOW. Very strange that I see this post only about 20 minutes after sending an email correspondence to TrueProtein about this. Truth is, it would likely already be avaiable (the GDA supplement) but I just got so bogged down with finishing the DVD that I had to put it on hold until I could get the DVD out. Now that I have it out, I am moving forward on this, yes.

I will will know more about a time frame in a week or two and will post about it.

In the meantime, I do believe that ALA works well and if taken with skipload meals, it will help store the carbs more efficiently. However, nowhere near as well as the new supplement will.

skip have you ever used berberine? its a herbal gda.the thing about it is that it lowers blood glucose.would this be ineffective on my skipload days as i want blood glucose/insulin levels to be high?

-as in should i use it during the week to dispose of any carbs im eating then NOT use it on skipload days? thanks

If your carbs are so high that you need to "dispose of blood glucose" then simply lower your carbs.

All of these can be used on a Skipload day to make the process of storing as much glycogen as possible, as efficient as possible.
