Odds aren't good ... for me. I think I have gone from "kicking her ass" to "being able to hang and not embarrass myself". lol

I will video it, for sure. Whether I post it or not is yet to be determined.

Will you be posting a nutrition journal for this prep? I remember John Meadows posting somewhere that he didn't feel AAS have as much of an effect on the metabolism as say GH or thyroid hormone. Are you using any GH this prep? Also, how has your metabolism been compared to previous preps where you utilized higher amounts of AAS?

I won't be detailing the diet down to specific numbers here, no. I may do that in the updates on the DVD, though, for this prep. That won't start for another month or so, though.

I am only using MK - no gh. I don't feel that aas has as much of an impact on metabolism, either, but it does for the look of the final product. However, the more muscle you have the better the final package looks. That sounds obvious but my point is that if I get to the same weight I was when I competed in the past and was gassed, I am obviously not going to look the same this time. I would have to weigh less to get into or close to the same condition. Still, I likely won't have the "pop" that my muscles/physique had while gassed, either. It's hard to explain but it is going to be hard to get as "hard" as I was while gassed but on trt this time.

Right now, metabolically I am in a great spot but it has only been 4 weeks so I have no good idea of how I am going to respond in another 2 or 3 months. Check back and I'll let you know.

I'm also trying to get into condition using only about 210mg of test prop a week and MK. I love MK, especially when considering the cost of it compared to the shit chinese generic GH available today. My concern with MK is the insulin resistance which can be brought on. I don't have access to metformin, so I've used 1000mg berberine a day with good results. Do you feel the insulin resistance which MK can bring on would be an issue for fat loss at a certain point, or isn't something to worry about considering you're in a caloric deficit and constantly depleting glycogen?

I really don't see MK as any different than gh on blood sugar levels/insulin resistance. I have never had issues (personally) getting lean on gh so I anticipate no issues with MK though I admit that I have not monitored my blood sugar levels, either. I have really had no reason to simply because at least to this point during my prep, I am dropping body fat with very little effort.

Probably the worst week I have had in a long time. Everything was good into the weekend and then later on Sunday Melissa received a call from her sister that their Mother was in the hospital and needed emergency surgery for a blockage in her colon; she was unable to go to the bathroom and sepsis was becoming an issue. We were told she had a "mass" that was not allowing her to go to the bathroom. She was then diagnosed with rectal cancer the following day and we even though pathology hadn't come back with the biopsy results, we decided to gather up the kids, get in the car on Monday and head to Michigan for support.

Before we got out of Colorado Monday night, we had to pull over several times because Melissa had terrible nose bleeds that just would not stop. She has been having them for a few months but nothing like this. Finally, it was obvious that we had to find an ER because she was losing too much blood and was choking on it quite a bit and gagging.

They could not get it to stop at the ER, either, so they had to pack both nostrils from the tip of her nose to her throat before it finally stopped. This was at 3am and we finally left the ER that morning around 6am and headed back home arriving around 9am.

She had to see a specialist and was told that the packing had to stay in until this Friday (2 more days) at which time they will take out the packing and cauterize blood vessels.

There is more but I will stop here for now.

Things having finally slowed down and I am catching up on client work and back on track for my prep as of today. I was able to eat on plan Monday until the ER issues but only had gotten about 5 meals in me over 24 hours. I was going to start training Tuesday but felt run down, exhausted and figured and I would hold off until Wednesday and decided to get some calories in me Tuesday night before bed to make sure I wasn't dragging ass on Wednesday as I was going to have to train 4 days straight. I had Subway, cottage cheese with fruit and a couple english muffins with jam.

Everything is 100% today but obviously Melissa is out at least until the beginning of next week. We just have to see what the specialist does on Friday and I will know if she is back on track next week or not.

Some would say I should have trained or stayed on my diet, blah, blah, blah. I covered my family first and then was careful to not put myself in a bad situation by training exhausted or depleted. It was MY decision to make I made those decisions based on my best interests - not whether I was hungry and wanted Subway or not.

I anticipate still having a good week and by the weekend I anticipate that I will have still progressed even with all of the shit that has happened this week.

This week is going very well and glad to be back on a normal schedule where I am training Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri.. I do want my training partner back on Monday, though, as she will have been off 2 weeks. She is doing fine now and ready to start again, thank God.

Strength is down this week and last week and will be next week, as well, but I am getting a lot leaner so it is a necessary trade off. Strength will come back after the current fat burner stops that I am using now. I will elaborate more after I finish this 2 week run.

I have not Skiploaded this last weekend and won't this weekend, either, but will the following weekend. I am not hungry which is surprising but a little run down. Training has been high volume still but I have dropped the weights down and the reps up to accommodate the fat burner. I have a feeling I will fill out tremendously from the Skipload not this weekend but the following weekend.

I will also be posting some information about the TRTbodybuilding DVD either later in the week or next weekend.

Not in everyone but it seems to for those that are prone to higher rbc/hematoctrit/hemoglobin. Where I am right now is if someone has a situation where aas use impacts their blood numbers quite a bit than they should assume that mt2 will, over time, as well.

A couple of reasons but mainly because I am intrigued and want to be able to have first hand knowledge of the compound.

Second, I think I made the mistake of considering the COMPOUND as terrible choice when the reality is that it may just be that the protocol that was being used was the problem. The dosing was absurd and dangerous and I am not convinced that low dosing is dangerous if done correctly and with caution.

I have found it to be incredibly effective and nothing of the sides that I thought it would be - at low dose, of course. I have a plan that emphasizes the diet making the low dose work for you vs. taking a high dose.

Again, I will detail everything from diet to supps to ... everything in the DVD.

It has been a good week so far as far as progress is concerned. I am now finished with the fat burner as of yesterday and I anticipate a bit of a loss after blood levels drop but I am unsure how long that will be and whether I will see that before I Skipload on Sunday or not. My lowest weight so far is roughly 216 and even though I will fluctuate throughout the day and feel I am holding water later in the day, I don't FEEL like I am holding a lot so the weight may not drop all that much. Everyone is different and with this being my first run with it, it is almost impossible to predict how I will respond.

As much as I am depleted and feel a little run down, it is nothing like the first week that I was on it. I THINK I noticed it more and felt it more that first week and then the second week my strength wasn't as bad and I felt better in the gym. I never adjusted or lowered my volume or intensity and thought I would have to but didn't. I did have to lower my weights the first week some and hit higher reps but not as much the second week as I felt like a lot of my strength had returned - much like what happens after an aggressive adjustment to a diet where the first week after the change you feel low on energy and strength and then the following week it is like your body adjusts and you get a good part of that energy and strength back.

I can say that I have had the runs quite a bit the last few days and don't know if that is from the fat burner or not. Otherwise, the sides were pretty much non-existent relative to what I thought they were going to be.

I now go back to my regular diet without the added carbs and I go back to my cardio schedule prior to starting the fat burner. I will get through next week and then adjust based on how I respond next week to having the cardio back in. Putting the cardio back in and adding the cardio should provide quite good progress still because that is roughly a 600 calorie disparity per day (300 from the carbs and 300 for cardio). I really hope to fill out substantially this weekend and anticipate that I will considering not loading for almost 3 weeks. I will be using the SCGS compound, of course.

It is getting a little ridiculous around here with obstacles and it is frustrating. Obviously, there are always road blocks - it's life - but lately it has been more than usual. If it isn't something with my son it is something with Melissa's nose or her being sick or her mother's cancer diagnosis. I had a glimmer of hope that my bike would be done this week but the powder coater has drug his feet for over 5 weeks now and still is not finished. They only need 2 full days after they get the parts back from the powder coater and I can ride off with my bike. It has been warm here and will be almost 70 over the weekend so it would be nice to get the call today that the parts were done and I could probably ride on Saturday or Sunday. No call yet, of course.

Hey my friend .......life is well ......Been on quite the spiritual journey , and writing a book .......Not a religious path , but one exploring life on a much deeper level . it has really changed everything for me and many of the people in my life ........I am so sorry to hear of your recent challenges ......Just remember life is just life .....it is always moving and changing .....and although it feels like it . It is never personal . In Zen , they say , " respect what is " which means . You don't need to like what is happening to you or to others , but it has already happened , so accept it , look for lessons and live presently .If you go with the flow of life, you just relax in even the ugliest situations . If you go against the currant of life , and fight it , you are only adding to the struggles ....and making yourself suffer .

Just know , I have always rooted for you and of proud of how things have played out for you ........All the people I ever choose in my life always have great character ......and I always have seen you as that kind of person .

Looking forward to you doing this prep , as I am doing something similar and we are just about the same age[ turning 47 on 27 th ] ......I am enjoying this so far ......just hoping my injuries will allow me to achieve the look I am after .....I am pretty beat up from all my past heavy training .....sucks training fast and higher volume is best for me if I don't want to fall apart ....but have to be very careful not to get overuse injuries or to train with too much intensity or I get fried and don't recover ......tricky stuff ....dieting pretty similar to you I imagine .....but probably lower carbs and higher fats during the week .......but I like your skip loading [ although I haven't play with the glucose disposal stuff yet ] ....I have played with duration ......and seem to do better with fats and carbs ...that the low fats and high carbs only .....I just cant get calories high enough to get the heat I want from the low fat approach ........Clearly like you ...I may have to very this to get extremely lean on hrt ......or may have to skip the loading to every other week or so .......I don;t seem to do great on cardio .....My body gets used to it .....I am doing it 5 days at 30 min as well .....varying days and style......I obviously will probably go up ...but will also take time off and play with it as I go .......If it takes longer ...so be it ....I can't believe I have done 2 hrs a day in the past ......I think it is retarded to do that now ......If I could I would just sprint .....as I think it affects the body in a different way ....I just am too fearful of getting hurt .....I was very fast and havent sprinted in a very long time .....I dunked a basketball not long ago and it killed me ...lol ...I hadn't jumped in years ...except dodging a bullet or in a street fight at work .....lol

Oh well .......get that bike back .....enjoy the freedom you feel on it and love the beauty all around you ......my best to you sir ......You are one of this good ones .....These fellas here are very lucky to have you .....peace

Definitely would be following each week and learning from all you share ......As I get closer and you have a spot ...would like to hire you . for the final 6 weeks or so ......Being on hrt ...[ maybe gh then or at least mk ....considering both ....I do get some blood sugar issues with both .....and honestly I see many guys doing the same even when insulin isn't involved .....also I don't like the water it creates as well ....even low doses tend to give 5 lbs of water ...and with insulin ...yes full ....and a nice look when very lean ....but until then at least for me hard to Gage and adjust ......obviously you have an eye from working with so many as well as yourself for 30 yrs .....I have prepped many , but no where you .......and experiece is our greatest teacher .......I do think most of the guys choose so many carbs these days because it is needed with the gh and insulin [ yes , I know they aren't needed with those compounds but seem to work better with them ] ......Carbs with the right timing and if in good condition are useful and needed ......but if not under 12 % ....imo not really needed other than in a skip load ..........take care ....much love and respect .....hope things get better
