Hey guys this is my first post! I have been using the Chest/Shoulder/Tricep/Back Biceps/Calves/Hamstrings/Quads for a while now and have seen great results. I read a post on a different website yesterday that said Dante doesn't train anyoe using this split anymore. I wondered if this was true, and if so, what split does he recommend?
