After reading the past 2 pages of update links, I swear you are my lost brother. What you wrote about how you feel and have went through is me to a "t" 100%. Holy crap.....just know you are not alone, brother! Actually, seeing you type out your thoughts gives me a little peace of mind, lol!

The lisinopril scare sucks. You will get past it, Skip....I know you know that you will

Skip, when do you find yourself switching from higher fat/lower carb loads to lower fat/high carb loads? Also are you using keto sticks or do you think they're useless?

I don't think they are useless but I can feel when I am kicking out ketones. I have done this shit for too long.

I will switch to higher carbs when I feel that my workouts are suffering and/or my weight isn't dropping as much or progressing as well. Hunger plays a big part, too.
