Just because Dante's original post is such a damn good one.

I've been trying to improve my shoulder girdle (upper back, delts, traps,) and now I'm looking at a two day split differently

do you guys can recommend any stuff for weak shoulders beside the close grip benchpress ?

how about a WM .. but which exercise shall i use ?

depeding for upper body training i go with this

TA1
barbell incline press 11-15rp
Dumbbell shoulder press 20-25rp
close grip benchpress 15-20rp
Pull ups 15-20rp
Deadlifts 8-10ss 4-6ss

TA2
hammer strength incline press 11-15rp
military press 11-15rp
skull crusher on the floor 15-20 rp
Lat Pulldown 15-20rp
hammer strength iso lateral rows 1x12 ss 1x8ss

TA3
incline dumbbel press 15-25rp
hammer strength shoulder press 15-20rp
reverse grip benchpress 15-20rp
Hammer strength reverse grip latpulldown 15-20rp
T-bar rows 1x12ss 1x8ss

thats what i go by at the moment ... i had to switch out dips for skull crusher 2 weeks ago and hammer strength rows for barbell rows 6 weeks ago
