That depends....Right now I'm doing bis with chest just for a little change. I've also done chest/tris and chest by it's self.

I have done chest with tris, chest with back, chest with bi's, just about all combos..... But currently I do chest and throw forearms in to get them done....

I do chest and anterior delts together. Every once in awhile I'll do triceps with chest instead and move anterior delts into my shoulder day just for a change-up.
TRAIN...because it's in your blood, EAT...because you need to feed the machine...and REST to grow for the next day of INTENSITY!
my usual 3 day split consists of chest/delts/tri's on Monday. Intense and mad pumps!
