I see low fat twinkies all the time calling my name in the Walmart bread isle but I resist, as I am not a big simple sugar eater...rather eat sugar free twinkies if they made them.........Massive G

Peanut butter and marshmallow(spread) sandwich, on white bread: I use the powdered peanut butter(http://www.bellplantation.com/index....d=15&Itemid=35) as it only has 2g fat per serving.

The malt-o-meal cereals are great because they are cheap and you get a freakin huge bag. I think the organic maple syrup kicks the most ass in the carb to serving ratio. I will also occasionally hit up IHOP for a meal since there is one right down the street from me.Comment

1 tub fat free cool whip
1/2 package eith low fat chips ahoy or low fat oreo.
crush cookies into crumbs. mix with cool whip in a large bowl. spread over cookie crust.....freeze for an hour or two and enjoy!👍 1Comment
