Your legs are already in great conditioning at 13 weeks out. With 13 weeks to go, your glutes, lower abs and lower back will get more defined I'm sure, where you'll be at contest shape. I'm positive you and your prep coach will have everything on schedule. The best thing now is to ensure you don't kill yourself with the diet and cardio where you'll flatten out.

Anyway, you look like you're well on track 13 weeks out! Good luck

          Thanks Guys!

No, still on the 2 way. Hell, we haven't even started dieting me down yet (11 weeks and 5 days out today).

Recovery is still great and this split has been working well, so we've been sticking with it.

Yes, Scott is indeed the man! He's kept me sane and kept me motivated through some setbacks and never let me lose confidence. Working with him has been a godsend for my training and overall health.

Man I wish I was able to afford someone to help me like that... Doing my diet on my own is hell.
But brother, your back looks sick!

Brother you are looking great. Besides being in great shape, you are really hitting thos poses nicely. I'm really big on posing as this seems to be the most neglected aspect of competing. Your posing is looking 10 times better. Your transitions are nice and fluid. I prefer the way you are now hitting the side chest where it is even. It's funny because I just mentioned this to Scott. I feel on most people dipping the front shoulder takes away from the pose. Is that something you consciously changed. Great posing can easily when you a show in a tight class. Great work all the way around.

Looking pretty good mental! Lots of muscle for a "little" bantam weight.
I really like your transition from side to side. You got to take a lot less time getting into your side chest though. They will be moving you through the poses pretty quick and you gotta get into them quick so the judges can see you.
                        Heavy squats fix everything.

                          Great job MF,

So much tighter than the first 148lb pics. What are you weighing at presently?

                          Midsection tightness first class. Respect!

I am still doing a DC two-way split. My rep ranges vary, as they always have. Some exercises are up at 20-30RP and some 15-20RP.

Yeah, Scott made me aware of that for comparisons. I was just going to hit my side chest like that for the free posing round

I am actually just under 130lbs! Once I started dieting the weight just fell off.

And thanks for all of the comments guys. It is nice having the support.

Glutes are coming in much, much better. Four weeks to go this weekend!!!!

Cardio is definitely not fun anymore and workouts are starting to get A LOT harder. Still beating my logbook though...but every session gets a little more difficult.

Awesome job Dude. You did in 14 weeks what usually takes others, including me, a full year.
I train Dogg Crapp. When not training DC ... sometimes I train arms 3x to 5x per week. Sometimes I train 'modified dogg crapp' which includes an 'arms only' day.
