Water intake during a two day physique competition

Can someone share some insight on how to calculate water intake based on amount peed and carb intake while retaining conditioning for a two day show. I am referring to the calculations during the two show days and not prior.

Also i am not taking any diuretics

Some people use formulas but I, for one, don't. For that reason I can't comment on the formulas.

I don't want to hi-jack the thread, but what "method" do you prefer?
