I'd say in this case we will not make you redo it, but for future reference it should be something, whether an ending screen edited in, or a sign you make or write it in your log book and zoom in on it....whatever as long as it is not easy to skip over or miss.
Indeed, indeed.

Right...lol...sorry Be Prime, that's a T-bar row which in my book differs from a barbell row. Nice effort though can you do it again with a barbell?

Well, I failed to bring the Ipod with me this morning and decided I would just do one next week. But, it was killing me, so I got my ass to the gym and filmed an entry. Here you go.

225 x 16 (I think) @ 154 lbs.

You seriously entered the contest with an old video? Really?? I realize that you did actually do the set but where is the integrity in posting an old video?

I wouldn't have performed the set any differently ISOM or not. Barbell rows are not in my program now since my pulling day comes directly after a heavy deadlift day. Alas, I'll work it out and get a vid of actual barbell rows up to redeem myself.

Who was that one member back in the day who did all those trap bar deadlifts, deadlifts, hack squats, etc.? He would crank out 10 more reps after everyone thought he'd be wiped out. That guy's intensity was ridiculously inspirational.

EDIT: It was Bruno!
