Big Ross,

Thanks man, been lifting for a long time. It is a home gym, i live in the middle of nowhere in new hampshire (travelling to a commercial gym would be a whole day task).

The prizes for the contest will be:

1. 10lbs of TrueNutrition Protein
2. 1 Intense Muscle T-Shirt
3. 1 Fat Gripz (If you have an original we may have something different for you)
4. 1 Gripsfear (a new attachment similar to the Fat Gripz, but shaped like a ball).
5. 1 box of the new flavor of Quest Bar (They have a new product that is just like a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, but with the same nutrition as a normal Quest bar. They also came out with a "Crunchy" Quest Bar. You guys will be blown away. Another company that listens to it's customers.)

Let me add that creativity could play a part as well. Intensity is the bottom line, but if you do it in a unique way it may put you over the top.

Gonna take a look at my gym and see if they have a preacher. I'd love to submit me doing some preachers, my favorite bicep exercise. That or hammer curls I guess.

Heck, I forgot about hammer curls. Count me in!

Is curling in the squat rack an automatic disqualification?

I will add, from my perspective as a judge, and a suspicion b/c we're judging a biceps exercise this time (everyone loves biceps!), that I might need to be on the look out for for those who vids that may (intentionally of otherwise) use creativity to supplant intensity.

(I can imagine all sorts of splendidly creative drop and supersets using several machines, kettlebells, bands and chains in that drag on and on but never really put the lifter in the "kill zone" for really getting after it. I'm looking for the vid that shows me what someone's made of moreso than how well they might do if we had a Most Artistic Arts n' Crafts competition.)

Find a CREATIVE way to make an exercise MORE difficult (and not leave me - this is just me of course - wondering why in the hell anyone would actually do a set like that) and now we're talkin'...

-S

Good Point Scott. Creativity to make things harder, not to look prettier.

6 Days till we start this up!
