    I'm hoping to compete "someday" just not sure "when" exactly...

    I was curious as to what my BF% might be too...no clue on this stuff.

    I cut down to this weight from 290 over the past year very carefully trying to preserve as much muscle as possible.

    I hired a trainer from the Arlington, TX Metroflex (same gym that produced Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren, among others)....and I can say that the money I spend on my trainer is worth EVERY penny, more so than the newest supplements, gear, food, anything. I'm nothing but impressed with my guy's knowledge and ability to push me. First time I've ever hired one, and now I wish I would have at least 10 years ago when youth was still on my side! haha

          You are looking awesome.. now you have perfect body so i don't think so you have need to know about your body fat % now..
