Ketogenic diet your fat off
when you get to the point you want
ketogenic all day except post workout....and take in carbs post workout
monitor and make tweaks how you see fit....not gaining muscle mass fast enough add carbs to pre workout
again monitor and make tweaks

I have been reading about DC training for quite a while. After I am finished with my last contest in a couple of weeks I will be starting it up. I am looking forward to trying it out. I will be reverse dieting out for about the first 4-6 weeks after while starting it. Cant wait to give it a run!!!Comment

Been trying to get back into the swing of things since I ruptured my left triceps at work just over a year ago. In August I was doing incline DB press with 20lbs and was only able to get 5-6 reps before fatigue set in and had to end the set. I finally hit the 110's last week for a RP set of 15. Still have issues with the arm, but the doctor feels that it might be another year before it doesn't bother me as much and I don't have it in the front of my mind.
So after reading some of this thread and some of the articles I have saved, I going to get back into the swing of DC and go back to the 2 day split with the higher rep range due to age.Its not the size of the hammer, its the size of the man holding the hammer.Comment
