Ok so year 2 working with skip... and well, fuck me this has been the hardest prep of my life. How ever here are the pics from weight in last Friday.

uploadfromtaptalk1440671503312.jpguploadfromtaptalk1440671518802.jpguploadfromtaptalk1440671547645.jpguploadfromtaptalk1440671566265.jpg

Yet again, don't second guess your prep, dont take the long way around to getting shredded. Hire skip ans take the guess work out of prep.

As skip said, these are the pics from this year.

Must admit this year has been amazing with skip. We got some gnarly grainy condition going which doesn't show to much In this shitty lighting but it was mind blowing thats for sure.

I would have to ask Ian because I just don't recall.
I want to say roughly 12 to 15 hours as he was going almost all day if I remember correctly.

still baffles me how the SkipLoad diet is so effective. I bet a lot of clients are scared at first but when they see the changes happening they "feed" into the concept. Great work guys. Counting down the weeks until I start.

Before the first show it was starting night before. The 2nd show we got to 12 hour loads as I needed to get my shit leaner... longest load I did was 22 hours if I am not mistaken and that was cos I came out of hospital after 4 days of having gastro from tonsillitis

This was 2016 condition. 9 days after coming out of hospital from crazy gastro from tonsillitis. Exactly the same weight as the other shows.
