BigPete84 is on a distinguished road
After reading these articles Dante posted has rejuvenated me....but I ask...I recently watched David Henry's 'Extreme Measures" video...can someone explain the "why" and the "how regarding the way he trains? I noticed he does widowmakers for damn near everything, and I believe even did 3 exercises for Back? Did widowmakers for biceps, back, chest, triceps, shoulders, and hamstrings? Can someone help me make sense of all this...The usual beginner workout is what I've always used in the past. The Mon/Wed/Fri split of Chest/Shoulder/Tricep/Back and Bicep/Forearm/Calf/Hams/Quads splits...
But can someone explain David Henry's workout style...I really liked that method. Also, how does someone go about picking appropriate exercises? For example, the only Hammer Strength Chest Machine I have in my gym is a "wide chest press" which is almost a decline/flat angle. Can someone help me organize my thoughts and design the best exercise choices?

Sorry for all the questions, don't really know who to turn too?
