speed on negative reps and rest pause for quads
i read somewhere that for dc training training you should do 6 second negatives is this just for your last failure reps on the end of the 1st 2nd 3rd parts of the rest pause or should you start doing 6 second negatives after your first 8 reps?
also i am quite used to doing rest pause with the squat bar on my back due to doing alot of the old 20 rep breathing squats so can i do rest pause for quads or is it still not reccomended? ________ KTM 85SX Last edited by flamez; 01-24-2011 at 05:12 PM. |
